This is not door knocking and it is not cold calling. As an Insurance Advisor you help families and individuals who have already asked about health coverage find a plan that fits their needs and budget. You run your own business and plan your own week, with the training, technology, and team support that franchise owners get.
What we provide

What you do
- Speak with people who requested information about health insurance
- Learn about their needs and explain their options
- Help them enroll and follow up to make sure they are taken care of
Who we are looking for
You need a license and a serious work ethic. This is a full-time business: plan on eight hours a day of calls, texts, and study, including some evenings and weekends when families are home. You will plan your schedule, track your numbers, and work with a leader who holds you accountable. No sales experience required. Not licensed yet? We will guide you through getting licensed. Already licensed? You can start sooner.
Compensation
This is a 100 percent commission opportunity. There is no salary. Your income depends on the families you help, and individual results vary. You also cover your own business costs, such as your CRM.
